Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in accessible poisons were kept unlocked in cabinet under sink which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee locked the cabinet where accessible poisons were kept. LPA discussed the poisons being moved to the garage behind lock and key to keep children in care safe.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee did not have current mandated reporter which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete mandated reporter training by 02/19/24 and send copy of ceritficate to LPA Sims via email at sydney.sims@dss,ca,gov
