UPON REVIEW OF SIGN IN SHEETS, THERE ARE 2 CHILDREN THAT ARE NOT SIGNED IN TODAY BUT ARE PRESENT. ONE CHILD IS SIGNED IN AND OUT BEFORE LEAVING.
(2) Each person specified in (g) above shall have a health-screening report signed by the person performing the screening. This report shall indicate the following:
