Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed two (2) play yards without a fited sheet and that licensee did not have past records of the 15 minute logs for Child #1, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will review Safe Sleep regulations and contact the Department if they have any questions or concerns. Licensee stated that she will purchase fitted sheets for both play playds and ensure she abides by Title 22. Licensee stated that she will document sleep logs for Child #1 and keep them in child's file. Licensee will write a statement on what they have learn from the Safe Sleep regulations. LPA pritned PIN 20-24-CCP RECENTLY APPROVED SAFE SLEEP REGULATIONS IN EFFECT.

Resolution: Licensee stated that they will conduct a Fire/ Disaster Drill and record it. Licensee stated they will conduct drills every six months. Licensee stated they will submit proof to the Department POC due date.
