Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed in one of the kitchen cabinets advil and glucose medication, and in the restroom LPA observed a toothpaste and mouthwash on the bathroom counter, and Fabuloso liquid cleaner on top of the toilet lid which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will submit in writing to LPA by 12/01/23 explaining that the licensee will put away cleaning compounds and medications in an inaccessible area to children.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee's husband/Assistant last completed the Mandated Reporter Training on 04/20/18, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee's husband will complete the Mandated Reporter Training and submit a copy of the certificate to CCLD by the POC due date of 02/18/22.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that three children's files (siblings) did not contain the emergency ID card as required by the regulations, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will have parents complete the document for each child and submit to CCLD by the POC due date of 02/18/22.
