Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that licensee did not adhere to the updated pool regulations. Licensee did not have a pool alarm, life ring, life pole, or had a daily pool inspection log, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she obtain the necessary items to be up to regulation/HSC as per Title 22 regulations. Licensee will communicate with the Department once she has the items. Licensee will provide proof to the Department by POC due date.

Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed various items that were accessible to children in care as stated in LIC809 and LIC809-C, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will remove all items and place them in accessible area. Licensee will submit photos of Bedroom #3, Bedroom #3 bathroom, hallway shelf, hallway bathroom, and kitchen cabinets latches working by POC due date.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed school age child care children running in the front of the street with no supervision. LPA observed various medications, creams, and hygiene products accessible to children in care, all of which is stated in LIC809 Report, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will make all the corrections and submit proof to the department in the form of pictures. Licensee stated that she will submit a statement on how she will ensure children will be supervised in the front yard.
