Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA opened fence gate five times. 2 out 5 times fence gate self latched. LPA opened fence gate halfway and door did not self-latch. LPA opened fence gate 5 inches and fence did not self-latch. LPA also observed that the surrounding fence had various debris from wood, latter, white door, trash can, and potted plant, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure that gate closes and self latches from various lengths. Licensee will remove all debris that are stacked against the pool fence by due date of 02/26/2024.
