Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.Upon LPAs arrival, Licensee stated she had 9 children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During LPA's inspection, one day care child was picked up and licensee was back in compliance. Licensee to submit a written statement to CCLD by the given due date of 02/07/2024 outlining how she will ensure she maintains the proper ratio and capacity.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee is caring for 1 infant and 7 children that are 3-4 years old, no school age children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will need to drop 2 children from her day care so she can be back in compliance by 02/07/24 and Licensee to submit a written statement to CCLD by the given due date of 02/07/2024 outlining how she will ensure she maintains the proper ratio and capacity.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has not had parent complete LIC 9227 for the infant in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to submit to LPA a completed LIC 9227 signed by parent by 02/20/24.
