Based on LPA observation and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed in observed in off-limits backyard an above ground pool filled with water to the rim and observed there are 3 3x5 windows located in the off-limits master bath, bedroom 3 and bedroom 2 that has DIRECT access to the pool area which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will install an additional fence so the windows do not access to the pool area and send pictures to LPA via email. In addition, a unannounced Case Managemnt (CM) will be conducted on a later date to ensure the newly installed gate meets the department's regulation.
