Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A Large container of cleaning compound was observed in an area accesible to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediately secured cleaning compound. Licensee was reminded to keep all cleaning compounds and poisons in secured areas innaccessble to children.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Assistant #1 does not have her TB test done which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assistant #1 has an appointment to get the TB done scheduled for 07/20/23 at 2:30 p.m. and will provide proof to LPA Denisia Jimenez by plan of correction date of 07/27/23.
