Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed cleaning compounds, tools, and sharp objects, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will remove all cleaning compounds, tools, and sharp objects from the front of the home and inside. Licensee stated she will ensure to make all hazardous items and "Keep out of Reach of Children" inaccessible to children in care. Licensee will proivde phtos as proof.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee did not have the 15 min log or fitted sheet for infants in care, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will review the safe sleep regulations and contact the Department if she has any questions or concerns. Licensee will provide proof of the completed 15 minute check for all infants in care to the Department by POC due date 08/15/2025. Licensee will obtain a fitted sheet for play yard.
