Based on LPA observation LPA did not observe the above regulation to be met. LPA observed area of outdoor play area to have cushioning pads to be stacked high and large metal poles leaning against wall area is only blocked off by caution tape but has not been made inaccessible to children. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee states she will clean area and remove items observed and provide photos to LPA via email by POC date.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to staing that they have not taken the AB 1207 mandated reporter training which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, they will complete the training and submit a copy of the certificate by POC due date.
