Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Upon review of employee files, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that Assistant #1 was missing her MMR and tdap immunizations. LPA discussed the importance of ensuring that her staff have the appropriate immunizations for the safety of the children.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to have her assistant obtain the missing immunizations and send proof via emai/text to the Department by the Plan of Correction due date, 07/26/2023.
