During the indoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the carbon monoxide detector in the home was not functioning and licensee did not have extra batteries.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she would replace the batteries on the carbon monoxide detector. Licensee to send a short video via email or text showing that the carbon monoxide detector is functioning by the Plan of Correction due date, 01/26/24.
