Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that employee #1's background clearance was showing as "in process," and therefore, she was not cleared to be in the home.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have employee #1 re-live scanned and she will submit proof to the Community Care Licensing Office by the Plan of Correction due date, 05/31/24. She agrees not to allow employee #1 back in the home until her background check is cleared.
