During the outdoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed a shed containing lawn equipment, tools, and other potentially hazardous household items was left unlocked as the lock was broken.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she would repair the lock on the shed and will provide proof of correction by the Plan of Correction due date, 11/26/25.
