Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that Licensee's Pediatric CPR/First Aid Training had expired last year.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she would complete Pediatric CPR/First Aid Training and will provide proof of training to the Community Care Licensing Office by the Plan of Correction due date, February 27, 2026.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During employee records review, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that the licensee and Assistant #1's Mandated Reporter Training had expired.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she would complete Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Providers and will have her Assistant complete it as well. Licensee will submit proof of completion for herself and her Assistant by the Plan of Correction Due Date, 12/08/2023.
