Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that one adult in the home was not live scanned or associated to the facility. Licensee mistakenly believed that the adult was approved to be in the home.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have the adult in the home live scanned and will send proof to Community Care Licensing (CCL) via email by the Plan of Correction due date, 03/14/24.
