Based on LPA's observation At 9:24 a.m during inspection of the outdoor backyard LPA observed bushes of dried vine passion fruit on the floor/fence area (Pictures were taken). This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee she has began to clean area and is currently not taking children to the outdoor area until area is cleaned. Licensee will finish cleaning the outdoor backyard and will submit pictures to LPA Garcia via email by POC due date 4/28/23
