Resolution: Per licensee Staff #1 and Staff #2 will complete their background clearance before returning to the facility. Licensee will submit proof of Staff #1 and Staff #2 association to facility via email to roberto.luqueavila@dss.ca.gov LPA Luque Avila by POC due date.
