Resolution: Licensee will use barricade for stairs at all times during business hours.

Resolution: Licensee will use an infant sleep chart to document as she supervises the infant sleeping.

Resolution: Licensee will maintain children's files at all times, ensuring all documentation including immunization records are maintained in each child's file.
