Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed a fishpond in the off-limits half of the back yard that does not have a fence with a self closing latch that meets title 22 regultations which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, she will install the required fencing with a latch and will submit proof to LPA by POC due date.
