Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Fire extinguisher has not been serviced since it was purchased on 2020 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, the fire extingusher will be serviced and a copy of the service tag will be sent to LPA's email by POC due date.
