Based on interviews, the licensee did not contact emergency services for ingestion of foreign substance . Which poses an immediate Health and, Safety and, Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation of sink located next to the changing table in the infant room to be inoperable LPA opened the cabinet door beneath the sink and observed two containers. One container is designated for fresh water and the other for wastewater. LPA observed the freshwater container to be at empty at the time of the inspection which poses a potential health and safety risk.
