Resolution: Will submit every 15 min log, and send to LPA Morales via email BY POC date.
Based on observation, interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which childrens diapers were changed in shed, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will no longer use the shed and remove diapers, wipes etc from shed and place them in the restroom by POC date. Licensee will submit a new facility sketch indicating a shed in outdoor play area by POC date.
