Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee stated she did not know that the sleeping log needed to be completed until the infant was 24 months. LPA asked licensee for the previous logs and licensee stated she did not have them which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will start to document when infants (0-24 months) are sleeping and submit proof to LPA by POC date 08/14/2024.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee and her assistant/husband do not have a current mandated reporter training which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee and her assistant/husband will complete the training and submit proof to LPA by POC date (08/30/2024).
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee and her assistant/husband do not have a current first aid and cpr training. Although another one of the licensee's assistant does have a current first aid and cpr she is not at the facility at all the times the children are in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee and her assistant/husband will complete the training and submit proof to LPA by POC date (08/30/2024).
