Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees not to have persons over 18 years of age or older present, residing or working in the home without criminal record clearance. Uncleared individual was asked to leave the facility during the inspection and individual left the facility. Licensee will provide a written statement to the Department by the POC 11/02/2021 due date on how she will continue to comply with this regulation.
