Based on LPA file review and Licensee admission that neither her or her assistant have current CPR/First Aid certificates, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide LPA Clayton with proof of enrollment in a CPR/First Aid course for herself and assistants no later than Wednesday February 12, 2025 and proof of completion of the class no later than Monday February 24, 2025. Licensee will ensure that CPR certifications are renewed every 2 years.
Based on interview and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, emergency/fire drills were not conducted which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete emergency fire drill and complete every month. Licensee will send proof of completion to LPA by POC.
