Based on LPA Clayton review of staff files, the licensee did not comply with the regulation cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit Mandated Reporter Training certificates for herself and staff to the department no later than June 30, 2025, and licensee will ensure that the certificates are renewed every 2 years.
Based on LPA Clayton record review of staff files, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit immunizations records for her assistant to the department no later than June 30, 2025, and licensee will ensure that all new hires provide proof of immunization recoreds prior to their presence in the family child care home.
