Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee does observe child during sleep but does not have documentation.
Resolution: Licensee will review the CCLD video on safe sleep and submit a summary by 8/31/2025.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed five infants in care and two children over two, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she will dis-enroll one infant immediately and begin the process to apply for a large family child care home license. Licensee will email notification provided to parent of infant who will no longer be enrolled by 11/11/22.
