based on interviews, sign-in sheets and rosters more than one child under 18 months of age was placed in a toddler classroom that lacked the proper equipment to meet the child's needs.
review of sign-in screen shots from Director show that the facility is operating over capacity of toddler component of license for 15 toddlers. There were 21 children in attendance on April 15th, 2021 who are between the ages of 18 months- 36 months.

Based on interviews with S2, S3, and S4 dated 4/29/21, when children are napping in the Coral room, a TA would have to go into the adjoining room (devided by a partition) to welcome the children coming to school at 1:00pm leaving the napping children unsupervised.
