Based on LPA's observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two staff members did not have the required Mandated Reporter Training which has expired for the licensee. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Resolution: The licensee and staff member will complete the Mandated Reporter Training certification by 5/30/25 and submit a copy of the certificate as proof of correction. Licensee will email proof of correction to LPA Johnson at chartrice.johnson@dss.ca.gov
