Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Although the fire extinguisher indicates full, there is no indication it has been serviced within the year which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee they will purchase a new fire extinguisher and provide a purchase receipt to LPA by the POC due date.
