Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to firearm weapons not being stored behind a key or combination lock, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee corrected the deficiency with LPA present by moving firearms to a trailer which features a key lock.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was a 3 month old infant napping in a pack in play swaddled and wrapped in blanket which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the blanket and the swaddle from the infant during the inspection. LPA provided licensee PIN 20-24-CCP regarding safe sleep regulations.
