Based on interview, record review, and observation, Licensee and Staff EMSA Pediatric CPR and First Aid expired on 01/20/2025, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and Staff will obtain appointments together and send the copy of the certificates to LPA's email by 05/15/2025.
