This measure was not met as evidenced by: Rat Poisioning was not made inaccessible to the children in an outdoor play area which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.

(m) A child care center director shall complete 16 hours of health and safety training if necessary pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866.

On July 21, 2020 LPA observed Director Baker's fingerprints were not associated to the facility. Director indicated she started approximately a week prior. This is an immediate risk to children in care. A $500 civil penalty was assessed.
