Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above: Licensee informed LPA that there is a visitor in an off limits back room that is visiting for the day due to a family emergency. LPA informed Licensee that all adults in the presence of children must be fingerprinted (Note the back room is near the hallway that is part of the daycare). which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee Coles indicated the individual will get fingerprinted today so that she may visit the facility on a more frequent basis during the family emergency.
