COLE, BONNIE FAMILY DAY CARE

Based on observation during inspection,LPA observed items accessible to children in care, sunscreen spray,sunscreen lotion at the table in the entry of the daycare. Table #2- outside,clorox wipes, and bedroom #2, infants sleeping room, Clorox wipes and Clorox spray on the changing table, children's restroom, Wizard Spray and cleaning product, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee moved the items during inspection to the high shelf in the bathroom cabinet. LPA advised licensee regarding cleaning products and access to children in care.

Based on observation and record review, Infant #1 did not have a sleep chart implemented, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LIcensee and staff will start a sleep chart for infant #1 and show proof on 09/12/2025. LPA provided sleep charts.

Based on record review and observation, there was no sleep charts in infant's file the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee or staff will show proof of completion and place in the infants file.

Based on observation and record review, the assistant did not have a mandated reporter certificate training, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
