Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in all infants in pack and plays had blankets inside with them which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the blankets during the inspection. Licensee to review the safe sleep web page at ccld.ca.gov and submit a written statement on how safe sleep regulations will be maintained in the FCCH to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than 7/25/25.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee does not conduct 15 minute sleep checks which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to review the provided safe sleep regulation concepts and PIN20-24-CCP and immediately start checking and documenting 15 minute safe sleep check. Proof of review and infant logs shall be sent via email to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than July 25, 2025.
Based on LPA observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to provide photographic evidence of all poisons, combustibles, cleaning compounds and medicines in the bathroom used by children, rendered inaccessible to LPA at maryrose.breault@dss.ca.gov by 4/19/2023
