Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee cleaning compounds under kitchen sink were accessible to children, hand washing refill accessible to children in downstairs bathroom and spray bottles of cleaning compounds were accessible on outdoor patio where children eat which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to removed and/ or make all cleaning compounds and personal hygiene items inaccessible to children in care as well as write a written statement on how facility will continue to stay in compliance and provide proof to LPA via email at elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than November 7, 2025.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in infants in care under 12 months records do not contain the LIC9227 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to submit the LIC9227 completed in its entirety to LPA via email at eloizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than November 7. 2025.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observed 17 day care children at the time of the inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee corrected the deficiency during the inspection. At 1:05PM when Staff 3 came back from lucnh Staff 2 brought home C16 and C17. At 1:09 PM Authorized representative picked up C6. Licensee agreed to submit a written plan of correciton to ensure that daycare capacity requirment will be maintained.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, when LPA arrived Child # 14 answered the door which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to submit a plan of correction to CCL no later than 6/27/2022.
