Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the fire extinguisher was last serviced on 6/5/23 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During the inspection a new fire extinguisher was purchased and placed in the family child care home. Licensee is reminded to purchase or service a regulation fire extinguisher yearly.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee and assistants do not have current mandated reporter certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and all assistants to compete the mandated reporter training and submit by email certification to elizabeth.george@ds.ca.gov no later than April 17, 2025.
