This requirements was not met as evidence by; Interviews and records review revealed that at least in one occasion C1 was asked to sit in a bench outside the classroom during nap time with no direct supervision.

Based on interviews and observation the facility did not ensure masks were worn by all staff and children in care. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

Based on interviews with parents and staff as well as record review, it was determined that the facility provided milk to a child that has a recorded allergy to dairy which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in for two medications which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
