Based on observations and record review, licensee did not comply with the section cited above as day care children going to OFF-limit area (kitchen), which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee shall install a gate to prevent access to children to OFF-LIMIT area. Licensee shall submit a plan of correction with pictures to CCLD by 10/31/225. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, licensee does not have safe sleep log for infant child, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: By 9/19/23, licensee shall provide sleep log of all infant children.

Based on observation and physical census, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to 5 infant children in care during todays inspection, which poses an immediate health, safety risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee is to immediately reduce numbers to within capacity and ratio specified on license and watch the ratio/capacity video on the ccld.ca.gov website and submit a summary to LPA Kaur via email. LPA to revisit to ensure Licensee is remaining within capacity and ratio. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.

Based on Observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the crib did not contain a fitted and firm mattress which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee shall use fitted sheets for mattress and cots when children are sleeping.

Resolution: Licensees Rosalba Sanchez, Erwin Sanchez and assistant Joana Cervantesarteag shall submit current mandated reporter training certificate to LPA via email or mail.
