Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee 14 year old son/assistant does not have a personnel file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee shall ensure that a complete personnel file for her son/assistant, containing all required documentation, is maintained and on file by 01/16/26 and provide proof of correction to Fresno Regional Office by 01/16/26.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee had left her 14-year-old son alone with nine children in care from 11:35am to 11:50am while she went down the street for an emergency which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.which posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will provide a written statement confirming that she will not leave any children unattended at any time with anyone who is under 18 years of age or who is not a qualified adult by POC date 01/09/26 to Fresno South Regional Office.
