Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee had 16 day care children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall ensure she is following a large family home child ratios and capacity. Licensee is aware she can have no more than 4 infants with a total of 12 children or 14 total children with no more than 3 infants, 1 child enrolled in kindergarten, and 1 child at least age 6.
Based on observation,interview,record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed licensee's First Aid/CPR expired on 06/15/2021, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will enroll in CPR/First Aid class in person and send proof of completion to LPA Tamayo no later than 11/15/2022.
