Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed medicines in the kitchen cabinets,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will remove or make the medicines inacessible to the childcare children.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. According to the licensee, she and her assistant completed their First Aid and CPR on line, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will registrate the class for herself and her assistant. The licensee will email theregistrations to LPA by 1/31/2025
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There is a infant enrolled to the facility. The licensee was unable to prove the sleeping log for 10-15 minutes chick, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee and her assistan will start checking the infant 10-15 minutes and submit the log with LPA by Friday (1/26/24).
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed 5 children's file. 4 children do not have LIC 700 ,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agreeed to check all the children's file and ask parent to fill out LIC 700 if need it.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a infant file, There is no LIC 9227 Individual Infant Sleeping Plan, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee agreed to ask the parent to fill out LIC 9227 and email to LPA by Friday 1/26/2024.
