Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's visit, LPAs did not observed the new pool equipment and the daily log. According to the licensee, she did received the PIN however,the licensee though she had a lock on the pool gate and she would not need the pool alarm/ cover and other equipment, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will email the pictures and video for all the equipment and email the daily check log for LPA by 4/11/2025
