Resolution: The licensee will have those items remove and organize the area. The licensee agree to removed all items by 1/15/2024.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed animals medications and food in the kitchen drawer without safety latch, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee will make the animals medication inacessible to the child care children. The licensee removed all the materials im the drawer.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPAs observed the self-latch device is not working properly, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The license will fix the safe-latch device and call LPA for inspection. Also the license agreed the child care children will not go outside.
