Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement was not met as evidence by: Based on interviews with staff , Staff 1 took a photo of C1 on her personal device exposing C1 from chest down while in care which is an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.
