According to the licensee, she did not fill out the sleeping plan and log. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licenee will review the Safe sleep regulations and agreed to complete the LIC 9227 and check in 10-15 mins when she enroll a infant in care.
