Per licensee, they were unaware of pool regulations and they were informed that old regulations were grandfathered in. LPA texted PIN 25-01-CCP to licensee. This is a potential safety risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, they will bring pool up to regulations by plan of correction date. LPA advised licensee that another visit is necessary to ensure that all required items are in place.
